What are we looking for? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team and lead the design, development, and deployment of ML/AI solutions that make an impact at scale. If you thrive at the intersection of data science, engineering, and product — this is your moment.

What you’ll be doing

Building predictive and generative ML models with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn

Designing and running experiments (A/B, uplift models, causal inference)

Developing scalable pipelines for training, validation, and deployment

Applying MLOps best practices to get models into production (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining)

Exploring large datasets and extracting actionable insights with advanced analytics

Collaborating with product managers and engineers to bring data-driven features to life

Mentoring junior data scientists and driving best practices in experimentation

The skills we need ✔️ Strong Python skills and deep experience in ML/AI frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) ✔️ Solid background in statistics, probability, and experimental design ✔️ Proven experience building and deploying ML models into production ✔️ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools ✔️ SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets ✔️ Great communication skills — able to simplify complex models for non-technical audiences 🎯 Bonus points if you’ve worked with GenAI, causal inference, or contributed to open-source DS projects
