What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with:

• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Degree or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, Fine-Tuning, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Solid knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience implementing scalable AI pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with APIs, Data Engineering concepts, Containers, Git, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor technical teams.

• Lead the design and development of innovative Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions.
• Define scalable AI architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications that deliver measurable business value.
• Design and implement approaches for Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, and Fine-Tuning.
• Build scalable and production-ready AI pipelines following MLOps best practices.
• Ensure high standards for AI development, governance, security, and Responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement AI-driven business solutions.
• Drive technical innovation and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and support the growth of Junior and Mid-Level Data Scientists.
• Promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team while ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing AI solutions.
