What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Outsystems Tech Lead with:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical background.
• More than 5 years of experience in OutSystems development.
• More than 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Designing and implementing OutSystems architectures (Reactive Web, Mobile, Traditional Web).
• Leading development teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• API integrations (REST/SOAP), relational databases, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Code reviews, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
• OutSystems certifications (Professional or higher).

What do we expect from you?

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable OutSystems solutions.
• Define technical architecture and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, integration, and business teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Support the rollout of a new citizen-facing portal and its integration with external systems.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
