What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Senior .NET Developer with:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, from a higher education institution in Portugal or with equivalence in Portugal.
• Minimum experience: 10 years in .NET (ideally .NET 6+) and 3+ years with microservices.
• Proven experience in event-driven solutions with Kafka or equivalent.
• Experience with Data Streaming (Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, Spark Streaming, etc.).
• Good knowledge of event-driven architectures: for example, must know how to produce and consume events, handle failures, ensure reliability (e.g., at-least-once delivery, retries, idempotency).
• Must have worked in an ecosystem with microservices and integration via events.
• Knowledge of Event Sourcing – must have used the pattern in at least one real project.
• Solid experience in Azure environments.
• Technical proactivity, ability to mentor more junior developers.
• Experience in Agile environments with technical ownership.
