Your daily challenges will be to: - Sourcing IT profiles through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn and other channels; - Development of the full recruitment cycle - screening, interviewing and updating reports; - Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible interview and hiring experience; We need you because: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or similar areas; - You have at least 1-year experience in recruiting IT profiles; - The English language is second nature to you; - You are goal-focused; - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - You are committed to quality with excellent attention to detail.
