Your daily challenges will be to:

• Sourcing IT profiles through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn and other channels;
• Development of the full recruitment cycle - screening, interviewing and updating reports;
• Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible interview and hiring experience;

We need you because:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
• You have at least 1-year experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• The English language is second nature to you;
• You are goal-focused;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You are committed to quality with excellent attention to detail.
