What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience within the area;
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Data modeling: Efficient design of models, relationships between tables and optimization for good performance.
• Data transformation: Use of Power Query for cleaning and transformation.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics.
• Maintenance and updating of reports according to business needs.
• Training of end users and creation of documentation.
• Integration with tools such as Azure, Excel and SharePoint.
• Data security (Row-level security) and permission management Technical skills requirements
• SQL: Solid experience in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and performance optimization in databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Python: Development of data models (time series, K-means segmentation, Logit models, etc.).
• Power BI: Expertise in creating interactive visualizations and dashboards.
• Advanced use of features such as Drill-through, Slicers and Bookmarks.
• Knowledge of DAX formulas for complex calculations and analysis optimization.
