What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, upgrades, or technology migrations.
• Strong experience working with external vendors (delivery oversight).
• Solid knowledge of ITSM (especially Change Management) and CMDB.
• Strong execution focus with high attention to data quality.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Mid to Advanced level in English (B1-C2).

We Value

• Experience in obsolescence or technology transformation programs.
• Experience with EasyVista or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Experience in highly critical enterprise environments.

What do we expect from you?

• Execute the plan in line with defined milestones and priorities.
• Ensure all interventions are properly managed in ITSM, maintaining end-to-end control of the Change Management lifecycle.
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of Configuration Items (CMDB) as the single source of truth.
• Ensure full traceability of changes and alignment between execution, records, and the current landscape.
• Identify deviations and ensure timely resolution.
• Align with business stakeholders on planned interventions, ensuring proper operational readiness.
• Facilitate coordination between vendor, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide a consolidated and reliable view to support Program Management decision-making.
