What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Business Intelligence Specialist with extensive experience in the Microsoft SQL ecosystem, responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of corporate BI solutions, ensuring information quality, performance, security, and reliability.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or similar fields
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in BI projects
• Microsoft SQL Server (2016–2022)
• Advanced T-SQL (complex queries, optimization, and tuning)
• Relational and dimensional modeling (Star Schema / Snowflake)
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – ETL/ELT processes
• SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) – Multidimensional and Tabular
• DAX and MDX
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, RLS)
• Microsoft certifications in Data, BI, or Analytics (preferred)

• SQL code performance analysis
• Index analysis
• Execution plan analysis
• Implementation of security and access control
• Support for Development, Testing, and Production environments
• Technical documentation and data governance
• Business requirements gathering and analysis
• Translation of functional needs into technical solutions
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Participation in critical, high-complexity projects
• Technical leadership and mentoring capability
