What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst with:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a process-focused role such as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of and experience demonstrating competency in conducting process mapping and gap analysis, using various methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders through facilitation to gather input to document detailed process flows.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify process-related risks.
  • Mid-level understanding of project management principles and methodology.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Frameworks / SRE Practices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on IT operations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Plan, implement, and maintain small to large process management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and departments within the organization to understand current business processes, document processes, recommend improvements for those processes, and identify metrics to measure success and adherence to the established processes.
  • Provide advice on areas for improvement within business processes, including actionable plans to implement recommendations.
  • Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed decision-making regarding process improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate with process stakeholders and owners to ensure processes are effectively rolled out, operating procedures are updated and communicated, and stakeholders are trained.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and provide feedback to fellow teammates with the focus on continuous improvement.
