What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst.
• Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles.
• Skilled in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation.
• Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking
• Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance testing of solutions, and providing support to end users.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions.
• Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
• Available for a hybrid model in Lisbon.
