What are we looking for? We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong technical and analytical focus. What you’ll be doing

Coordinating the activities of the technical support team, especially related to derivatives valuation use cases

Overseeing application support & maintenance activities

Managing and continuously improving cross-application release processes with upstream and downstream systems

Conducting regular communication and reporting with different stakeholders

Organizing and leading meetings with customers to align on needs and expectations

Managing and optimizing workflows using JIRA and Notion

Leveraging your Business/Data Analytics background to analyze and improve project outcomes and operational performance

Overseeing daily operations on multiple environments (DEV, TST, UAT, PRD)

Coordinating deployment of vendor software and/or in-house built packages

Supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and contributing to automation and process optimization

The skills we need ✔️ Minimum 12 years of experience in project or technical team management ✔️ University degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields) ✔️ Strong experience managing technical teams working on derivatives valuation and related use cases ✔️ Solid knowledge of application support and maintenance practices ✔️ Experience working with JIRA and Notion as project management and collaboration tools ✔️ Solid Business/Data Analytics background — ability to understand and use data to drive decisions ✔️ Familiar with managing web applications, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines ✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
