What are we looking for?

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with:

• Advanced level of both Excel and VBA;
• Advanced experience with SQL;
• Experience within testing (non-regression, sanity);
• Experience within Agile methodology;
• Experience within ITIL framework;
• Be client oriented with a high sense of service;
• Atonomous and able to take initiatives;
• Both English and French B2 level;
• Service Now (practical level);
• Jira (practical level);
• ALM Octane (practical level);
• Citrix (practical level);
• Linux (basic level);
