What will be expected from you?

  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft software and systems, including Windows OS, Office 365, and other Microsoft applications;
  • Assist users with hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring all devices are properly connected and operational;
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless access to corporate resources;
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for using Microsoft software and tools;
  • Document support activities, issues, and resolutions in the helpdesk system;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to the support process;

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a field support capacity;
  • Strong proficiency with most common end user software, namely Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365;
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
