What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Infrastructure & Communications Technician with:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with IP networks, Wi-Fi, MPLS, VRF, VPNs, switching, routing (including BGP, OSPF, and RIP routing protocols), QoS, L2 and L3 circuits, VPLS, firewalls, IPSs, and IDSs;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience responding to cybersecurity incidents;

• Proven experience, of at least 3 years, in infrastructures supporting more than 250 (two hundred and fifty) users;

• Technical expertise in administering IT security tools, such as HIDSs, FirewallDNS, SIEM, among others;

• Technical expertise in developing information security and cybersecurity policies and procedures, in accordance with current legislation, best practices, and recommendations; Technical expertise in endpoint security (Checkpoint, Kaspersky, Windows Security, among others);

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux systems;

• Strong knowledge of Cloud M365 and AWS systems;

• Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL);

• Ability to monitor, diagnose, manage, and resolve technical and cybersecurity issues;

• Good user interaction skills and support skills;

• Effective interaction with external support channels and manufacturers;

• Good documentation production skills;

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Organized and with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;

• Valid driver's license in Portugal;

• The candidate must be available to respond to contacts and intervene in incidents, breakdowns or other relevant occurrences that compromise the normal operation of a client's facility, outside of working hours and whenever requested.
