What are we looking for? We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that shape strategy and fuel innovation. If you’re passionate about data storytelling and love finding clarity in complexity — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data

Designing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

Performing exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns

Partnering with business and product teams to define KPIs and track performance

Translating data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Supporting data-driven decision-making across the company

The skills we need ✔️ Solid SQL and Excel skills ✔️ Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) ✔️ Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics ✔️ Ability to visualize and communicate insights effectively ✔️ Comfortable working with cross-functional teams ✔️ Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving 🎯 Bonus points if you’ve worked with Python/R for analysis or automated reporting
