What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Performance & Resilience Testing Consultant with:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong expertise in Charles Proxy or equivalent tools (e.g., mitmproxy), including: Rewrite rules, Breakpoints, Map Local / Map Remote, SSL Proxying and Network throttling and traffic manipulation.
• Experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
• Experience analyzing API traffic between mobile applications and backend services.
• Knowledge of client-side resilience testing, including: Network drops, API errors, Timeouts, Server crashes and Validation of retry mechanisms and error handling.
• Experience analyzing logs, response times, and waterfall views to measure manual load time (i.e., the time required for a screen to become usable).
• Experience producing structured test evidence, including test case matrices with Pass/Fail results and Go/No-Go conclusions.
• Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in partially defined environments.
• Strong attention to detail in test documentation and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate and engage in technical discussions with Development teams.

What do we expect from you?

• Design and execute performance and resilience testing scenarios for mobile and web applications.
• Perform traffic manipulation and network variability testing using Charles Proxy or equivalent tools.
• Validate client-side resilience under failure conditions, including network interruptions, API errors, timeouts, and server failures.
• Analyze application logs, response times, and waterfall data to assess application performance and usability.
• Evaluate retry logic and error-handling mechanisms.
• Produce structured testing evidence, including Pass/Fail assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations.
• Document test execution results and findings with a high level of accuracy and rigor.
• Collaborate with Development teams to discuss findings, identify issues, and support resolution activities.
