What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Tech Lead Salesforce with:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce, with solid experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects;
• Strong knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) (valued);
• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions in enterprise environments;
• Ability to ensure best practices in Salesforce development and architecture;
• Experience with technical team management and support for more junior profiles;
• Excellent communication skills with functional and technical teams;
• Proactivity and leadership skills, with a desire to grow a growing team.
• Availability for hybrid work once a week in Lisbon

What do we expect from you?

• Technically lead Salesforce projects from conception to delivery;
• Support technical planning and architecture definition in CRM projects;
• Ensure the technical quality of implementations and the application of Salesforce best practices;
• Support the technical development of the team;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
