What are we looking for? We’re on the hunt for a Lead Python Engineer - Generative AI to join our elite product engineering team and lead the development of next-gen LLM-based agentic applications. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love working with LLMs like GPT, Claude or Mistral, and want to build AI-powered systems that actually go to production — then this is your moment.

What you’ll be doing Designing and building agentic apps using LLMs, LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks Implementing RAG pipelines with chunking, hybrid search, vector DBs, and prompt tuning Developing and deploying LLM-based microservices into cloud-native architectures (AWS or Azure) Writing clean, scalable Python code with high test coverage Keeping up with the latest in LLM evolution, RLHF, DSPy and all the buzzwords (that actually matter) Leading discussions on AI capabilities, risks and opportunities with technical and non-technical folks Monitoring models and apps with Datadog, Databricks or similar observability tools Collaborating with other teams in agile sprints, mentoring engineers, and shipping greatness

The skills we need ✔️ Solid Python skills (this is non-negotiable) ✔️ At least 6 months of hands-on GenAI product experience (LangChain, RAG, vector stores, etc.) ✔️ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) ✔️ Experience building microservices, REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes-based apps ✔️ Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) ✔️ Comfortable working with Git, Agile and international teams ✔️ Ability to break down complex ideas for non-tech stakeholders ✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills 🎯 Bonus points if you’ve worked with DSPy, fine-tuning, or contributed to open-source GenAI tools
