What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in data, reporting, or analytical contexts.
• Interest in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and decision support.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with different teams.
• Organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented profile.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and strong willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar).

We Value

• Understanding of data testing and validation concepts (e.g., results verification, test scenarios, indicator consistency).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes (SSIS, Data Factory, ODI, Snowflake, or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.

What do we expect from you?

• Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from different systems.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards.
• Assist in validating data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to clarify reporting and analysis needs.
• Support the documentation of indicators, metrics, and BI processes.
• Contribute to testing and validation of new developments or data sources.
