What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Datacenter Engineer with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Proven experience with enterprise storage solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE 3PAR/Primera, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of backup tools and platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, etc.).
• Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud integration (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience producing technical documentation and designing solutions (Visio, Draw.io, etc.).
• Analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, and a focus on quality deliverables.

We Value:

• Certifications in storage and backup technologies.

What do we expect from you?

• Design and propose technical storage, backup, and data recovery solutions aligned with business requirements and market best practices.
• Participate in defining technical architectures for new projects and upgrades to existing environments.
• Create technical documentation (HLD/LLD, runbooks, architecture diagrams, etc.) for projects and deliverables.
• Evaluate and recommend market technologies and products (NAS, SAN, VTL, deduplication, cloud backup, etc.).
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams.
• Conduct capacity, performance, and risk assessments in storage and backup environments.
• Support the implementation, migration, or upgrade of storage infrastructures and backup solutions.
• Ensure solution compliance with legal, security, and business continuity requirements.
