What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Service Delivery & Project Manager with:

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT or technical projects, preferably in data and analytical systems (data collection, data warehousing, analytics/AI).
• Very good communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., SNOW, MS Project).
• PM certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile).
• Experience working in an international organization, ideally a EU body.
• Familiarity with data governance framework.

• Define project scope, plans, and timelines; monitor progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to required quality.
