What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Microsoft 365 Data Protection & Compliance Specialist to onboard a specialist who can help them prepare for the rollout of Microsoft Copilot in our organization by ensuring all necessary data protection, compliance, and maintenance tasks are handled appropriately.

What do we expect from you?

• Review and implement data protection and compliance configurations for current Microsoft 365 (M365) in line with GDPR and internal IT security policies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot (Enterprise) rollout requirements
• Configure and manage Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection
• Assess and document Copilot readiness, including tenant-level settings and risk assessment
• Implement data classification and sensitivity labeling across Microsoft 365 (including associated policies)
• Set up and maintain audit logs, retention policies, and access controls
• Perform ongoing Microsoft 365 tenant maintenance, monitor updates, and ensure a secure, compliant collaboration environment (part time after go-live)
• Fluent english (C1 or C2) is essential
