What are we looking for?

We are looking for a FullStack Engineer with:

• University degree in computer science/engineering or comparable.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservice-based architecture.
• Frontend development experience, preferably with Angular.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native software development.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-based deployment models.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven patterns, and streaming technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Hazelcast.
• Strong quality mindset with experience in automated testing and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Hands-on mentality combined with architectural thinking.
• Experience using AI tooling on a daily basis.
• You are a team player, likes to share your knowledge and always look for a good solution for the team, product and company.
