What are we looking for?

We are looking for a C# Desktop System Developer with:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent);
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Software Developer, including 5 years with C#;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in WinForms development;
• Proficiency in third-party UI frameworks, async/multi-threaded programming and integration patterns (JSON, XML);
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles;
• Knowledge of API development (consumer and provider);
• Experience with Git version control and SQL Server (basic querying).

What do we expect from you?

• Design, develop, and maintain C# WinForms desktop applications using DevExpress;
• Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle including: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
• Implement and maintain user interfaces and backend integrations;
• Create new and enhance existing interfaces (file-based and real-time);
• Conduct integration testing and technical coordination;
• Document code, features, and decisions;
• Conduct impact analysis and present solution options;
• Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and potential on-site events;
• Report sprint progress and outcomes both verbally and in writing;
• Use Azure DevOps for task tracking and version control.
